Why do you run?
To challenge myself and stay fit and healthy. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Running through New York City’s Central Park and seeing my whole family cheering behind the fence a mile before the finish. It was exhilarating and gave me the push I needed to finish strong. |
Why do you pace?
It’s a very special feeling when you are given the opportunity to help someone enjoy a race and achieve their goal. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced Ft. Lauderdale, FL at the Michelob Ultra 13.1. It was a very windy day and very challenging for the runners, especially the first timers. At the end of the race, one girl was so happy about her finish that she wanted a picture with me and told me she could have never done it without me. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I will make sure to keep the energy positive and will get them to the finish line exactly on pace. |
What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I recently raised $5,000 for needy Holocaust survivors through the organization The Blue Card and was able to run the New York City Marathon for this cause on November 1, 2015.
