Why do you run?


Running makes me feel better, physically and emotionally.  I also like to eat.

Describe your best marathon memory.


I ran Los Angeles in 2016 with my then 16 year old daughter.  We ran with the 4 hour pace group and she finished her first marathon in 3:56.  The race was well done but the experience of running with my daughter during her first marathon was amazing.

Why do you pace?


I enjoy running with people and if I can help someone accomplish a goal it is a bonus.



Why should someone run in your pace group?


I am a steady runner and very task oriented.  I will get you to the finish on time.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Keep your goals realistic.
