Why do you run?
It’s the best stress relief I know and sometimes the only time I get to myself in the day.
Describe your best marathon memory.
21 miles into the Green Bay marathon I knew that I was finally going to qualify for Boston and could not believe it.
Why do you pace?
I want to pace to help other people meet their goals. Whether it is to just cross the finish line or P.R.
Why should someone run in your pace group?
Because we will have fun and meet your goals at the same time.
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Relax and enjoy the experience, you have trained for it and you can do it.
