Why do you run?


I love the feeling of accomplishment after each run. Running makes every day a good day.

Describe your best marathon memory.


The best memory is crossing the finish line of my first marathon with my sister. It was something we both worked toward together, and finishing with her was the best way to finish the journey.

Why do you pace?


Running a race with someone and watching them achieve their goals is better than any PR I could get.

Pacing my friend to her PR at the half marathon. We beat her goal time by 2 min!

I love meeting new runners and hearing their stories.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I'm on the Young Professionals Board for Girls on the Run, St. Louis. I also volunteer with the United Way.
