Second time I paced I helped a friend break the 4:00 time and he set a PR. I like to train solo but I like to race with a group it makes the time go faster

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Achieve their goals, we will run a steady pace. Have fun and help the time go fast

Whether you are running ahead, with or just behind the group we will provide a marker for you and the pacing
