Pacing my 10 year old in his first 5K. He ran the entire way and most importantly, he had fun. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I’ll run even effort throughout the race and will be your biggest cheerleader…especially after mile 20. |

Use me to set your pace and relax your mind. I’ll do all the work on figuring out our paces. |
