Why do you run?

 

To keep my weight down, for health and I enjoy the way it makes me feel afterwards.

Describe your best marathon memory.

 

My first full marathon is my best memory so far.  It was a very hilly, challenging course but I trained with four of my girlfriends and we hit every milestone together.  The training paid off in the end and I ran a very successful marathon.  It felt great!!

Why do you pace?

 

I like to help others and see them reach their personal goals.  It’s a great feeling to accomplish a race and I like to watch others achieve it as well.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

 

My first experience will be the Sunburst Half on 1 Jun, 2019.  Can’t wait to share it with you!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I am a positive force and I like to have a good time while I’m running.  I will try to keep it fun for my runners.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Have fun and don’t give up.  You can do this!!

Anything else you’d like to share?

 

 

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I teach Team Kids and Kid Life classes for 1-4 graders in my church.
