Why do you run?
|
I started running to keep myself fit when my horse went lame several years back. The social aspect of running has kept me hooked! |

Describe your best marathon memory.

NYC was special…I ran it dressed as the “Statue of Liberty” and got pictures with spectators holding their national flag along the way (18 different countries!) as well as up on a fire truck with NYC firefighters. |

Why do you pace?

I want to pace to help others realize the excitement of participating in (and finishing!) a marathon. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
Stuff I am sure you have heard: Carb load and get sleep starting two days prior to the race; hydrate well the day before the race, eat what you know works for you the morning of the race. Beyond that, just relax, you can do this! |
