Why do you run?
Running can be what you make it. You can run for others, you can run for yourself, you can run to compete, you can run to finish, you can run to challenge yourself. I love running for all of these reasons and more. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Finishing my first marathon in Cincinnati with my cousin, which was also his first marathon. It was a very cool experience to be able to encourage and push each other when we were both struggling. |
Why do you pace?
Running is a gift that has given so much to me over the years. Pacing is one way that allows me to give back by helping others achieve their goals. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I paced a runner that I was coaching who had a goal of running sub 1:40 for a half marathon in Pittsburgh. She finished in 1:36:58 and her last mile was run under 7:00. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
