Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
If someone would like to PR, or stick to the pace, it would be easier to stay with my group rather than trying to figure on their own, and start too fast or too slow and not reach their target goal. |

Patience is the key. run steady and we’ll get through smoothly. |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I volunteer in triathlons, marathons expo, I have donated zoom and live cooking lessons, and small dinner parties, and volunteer at my kids school with different activities.
