“If you are losing faith in human kind, go out and watch a marathon.”

Why do you run?

To see what I am made of. Running has shown me just how weak I am, but also how strong I can be. It brings out my ‘guts’.

Describe your best marathon memory.

My best marathon memory is running the St Louis Marathon with no shoes or socks on. AWESOME! :)

Why do you pace?

To help people achieve what they have trained for.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Pacing the 13.1 Half marathon in Fort Lauderdale on an extremely windy day. People wanted to quit when the head wind got strong but I was able to get them to push through it!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I will motivate you and get you to the finish line, plain and simple. I have run MANY races from 5k - 100 miles, I know what it takes to get you to where you want to be.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
