A friend of mine was desperately trying to break 4 hours, so I paced him for the Flying Pig. He wanted to give up several times, but I kept pushing him. When he finished, I’d never seen anyone so happy. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I keep the run fun and enjoy talking to everyone about nearly any subject. I’ll keep it fun and interesting for 26.2 miles. |

Train hard, so when it comes to race day, there are no doubts in your mind. |
