Why do you run? |
It helps me keep the balance I need in my mind and spirit and is one of the places I do my best thinking. |

Running the last 4 km of my PR Marathon faster than the previous 38 km |

Want to give back to others and also help them realize that running even paced is the best way to complete the Beast that is a Marathon |

Helping a friend break 1:30:00 for a half and helping someone else run a sub 3:10:00 maraton |

Why should someone run in your pace group? |
If they have put in the training and the weather is cooperative then our pace group will get to the finish line on time and with a smile and as a team! |

Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
If it feels good at the beginning, the middle and close to the end then I have done my job helping you achieve the goal of running at the pace I am setting for the group |

Running is about healthy consistency – If you look after yourself you can run for a long time into the future! |
