Why do you run?

 

It helps me keep the balance I need in my mind and spirit and is one of the places I do my best thinking.

Running the last 4 km of my PR Marathon faster than the previous 38 km

Why do you pace?

 

Want to give back to others and also help them realize that running even paced is the best way to complete the Beast that is a Marathon

Helping a friend break 1:30:00 for a half and helping someone else run a sub 3:10:00 maraton

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

If they have put in the training and the weather is cooperative then our pace group will get to the finish line on time and with a smile and as a team!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

If it feels good at the beginning, the middle and close to the end then I have done my job helping you achieve the goal of running at the pace I am setting for the group

Anything else you’d like to share?

Running is about healthy consistency – If you look after yourself you can run for a long time into the future!
