Why do you run?

 

To stay in shape because I love food!

Getting that first finisher’s medal when I crossed the line in St. Louis last year

 

Why do you pace?

 

It can be tough to finish the last few miles of a race as long as a marathon or half, and anything I can do to help somebody get there or hit a goal is its own reward.

 

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

Every little thing you can use to your advantage to hit that goal is important, and not having to focus on maintaining pace is one less thing to worry about.

 

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Be ready to go and don’t panic, we’ll get there.
