Why do you run?

 

I run to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.  Running is my stress reliever.  I also really enjoy eating.

Finishing the Bayshore Marathon with my oldest daughter by my side.

Why do you pace?

 

To help others achieve their goals.  I love bringing out the best in people.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

 

My first one.  I finished within seconds of my goal pace time.  It was a very rewarding experience.

Why not?  I love to talk and laugh.  Please join me with your funniest stories and jokes.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

  Trust your training.  Run the mile you are in.  Relax and enjoy the ride.
