Why do you run?
I started running in high school and continued competitively in college but put too much pressure on myself and ended up leaving the team. A year later, a friend convinced me to sign up for the Harrisburg marathon less than a month out, and my love for the marathon distance was born. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
I introduced myself to another runner at mile 2 of the Philly Marathon and we stuck together for 20 miles! We both PR’d that day and are running NYC together this fall |

Why do you pace?
Reaching personal goals is satisfying, but nothing beats seeing other runners achieve their goals or witnessing first-time marathoners cross the finish line |

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I recently paced the Shamrock Marathon, and I had a group of 15-20 runners who stayed with me the entire time! One was even dressed like a leprechaun |
