Why do you run?

 

My dad gave me the gift of running. It helps to keep my grounded.

Being greeted by my family at the finish of Cowtown in 2010.

 

 

Why do you pace?

 

It is a great way to give back. So many others have helped me along the way. And playing a role in fellow runners achieving goals is a great experience.

 

 

Tell us your best pacing experience.

 

Pacing 20 miles at Arkansas Traveler 100 with my buddy, Shannon McFarland, a couple of years ago. He was fearless and finished on the podium.

 

 

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

We will have fun, encourage one another and soak in experience.

 

 

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Relax, breathe and let the magic happen.
