Start of the race a new runner never had run anything over a half, nervous but excited about attempting the first marathon. Pre-Race start went over lessons learned the hard way running; the first lesson do not start out super fast, be consistent over time, hydrate each station, but above all else enjoy the journey. As we progressed through the run, checked in on the athlete, and reminded them that no matter what, today was going to be a personal record.. the furthest distance ever ran before. The smile on mile 18 when the person realized they had already set a record today and were going to set a few more by the end of the day. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I am flexible to the point that I can be a coach and I can be motivational throughout the run. No matter what success that day is when YOU reach your goal. |

Best motivation is friends, everyone supports each other, find your pace and remember to relax just breath we will all be successful. |
