Why do you run?

I love to compete and coach

Describe your best marathon memory.

Winning the National Championships in my age group twice.

Why do you pace?

It will be a great workout addition to my training and I really like to see other runners reach their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I have paced several of my high school athletes in practice to PRs and assisted other runners to attain goals from 5K to Marathon on my own.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I know pace like the back of my hand--I can talk them through aid stations any discomfort they have and encourage them throughout the race.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Be ready to listen to me talk them through the marathon.
