Why do you run? stress relief, fitness, health

Describe your best marathon memory. Finishing my first marathon. My goal was just to complete a marathon once. After I crossed the finish line, I was hooked.

Why do you pace? Helping others to reach their goal and being encouraging during those difficult last miles

Tell us your best pacing experience.  I had a girl that was trying  to qualify for Boston, She stayed with me through the marathon and finished with her personal goal, which got her the BQ

Why should someone run in your pace group? 8:45 min/mile

Any tips for runners about to join your group? we will run a steady pace, not banking time

Anything else you’d like to share? I’ve run Boston 5 times. Although it’s the goal for many runners, there’s a ton of great other marathons out there. Don’t put all your energy into that one goal- race.

What philanthropic activities do you have? helping at my son’s school, at church
