Why do you run?


I run because I like to sweat, I like to breath hard, I like to feel strong, it makes me feel alive, & it gives me sexy legs!!!

Why do you pace?


I helped my friend pace @ Canton. I loved getting to know the runners, their stories, and living the marathon experience through them as well, especially the first timers.



Why should someone run in your pace group?


Never a dull moment!!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

If you trained you will be successful, the marathon is the fun part!! Relax and we will have a kick ass time!
