big passion for the sport  since I was 11

Chicago 2012. I had the most comfortable and relaxed feeling before and during the race

Chicago 2013. Had a large group of  people from different countries and was able to help most of them qualify for Boston.



Why should someone run in your pace group?



I have  natural ability to find a pace and maintaining it and the people skills to  motivate runners during the race



Any tips for runners about to join your group?


try to relax by being clear and reassuring about your game plan and gaining their trust in you

I have only been running for the last 4 years after a 20 year break and after loosing 53 lb.
