Bermuda marathon 2013 You never forget your first. Trip away with the hubby, met Rachel who I’ve seen several times since. 2 loops around the island and the last few miles was in torrential downpour. Epic. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I run even splits, give some free running advice, sing songs and tell a few jokes. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
We “woo” at every mile marker. Make sure you double knot your shoes. Bib in the front. Pay attention to your nutrition. |
