Why do you run?
|
Because I can! Over the years this sport has connected me with amazing people, provides a tremendous stress relief and just never gets old! |

Describe your best marathon memory.

Deciding last minute at the start line of Snickers Marathon in Albany, GA to join the 4:00 pace group (instead of the 4:10) and finish sub 4 with Pacer Kelly B. |

|
We will have fun, I can distract you during those tough miles and im extremely encouraging. We are in it together. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
|
You have one tank of gas, use it smart. Avoid trying anything “new” on race day. |

I studied and became certified in Chi running, I strive to run smart and stay injury free and conserve energy.

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
Helping raise funds for Kids cancer foundation with my local run club; lead small run church groups involved in community service and run together.
