Nothing now

Who do you train with?

Personal goals

To get my best time in Ironman 2020

A quotation you like…

So far,so good.

Why do you run?

To stay in shape, to gain peace of mind, and to enjoy going different places and meeting new people

Describe your best marathon memory.

Surely the best marathon memory I have would have to be the REVEL.  Me and my friend Jason Castro trained super hard for 8-10 months and I secured my best marathon time of 3:17. it was a very good feeling.

Why do you pace?

I definitely pace for the people around me trying to get their best times...I like seeing people succeed in their goals while I sit back at my easy going pace...I like motivating and encouraging people to be their best...

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Best pacing experience would have to be the Colorado Marathon...I've paced it the last 33yrs and ran it twice before....I just like the number of people who shoot to just complete it, let alone get their best times...

Why should someone run in your pace group?

A person should run in my pace group because I will hit my time or better it...and I calmly try to push people to be thier best...do their best  without failure...

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

I stay on track with my pace so at any given moment they can ask where we're at and how we're doing on pace and time.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I pace to self motivate myself to become a  better runner and to help others reach their goals
