Why do you run?

 

Running makes my body feel healthy and gives me more energy.

Describe your best marathon memory.

 

Being able to run a marathon during my intern year of residency while I was studying for boards and running faster than I expected and having wonderful support of friends who ran the race with me

Why do you pace?

 

I really appreciate pacers when I am trying to hit a goal and I love to be able to give back to the sport. It’s a special way to enjoy the race helping others achieve their goals.

half Marathon in Venice, FL - > I had broken my hand recently and my best friend signed up for the race and paced it with me for the first half

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

To have a fun time with fellow runners reaching for the same pace.

Have fun and stay patient. Enjoy the race over looking at your watch
