Why do you run?

I love the feeling of running, it helps me manage stress, and makes each day better.

Describe your best marathon memory.

When I had a little kid tell me “David, you really need a banana,”
during mile 19 of the NYC Marathon

Why do you pace?

I love helping people achieve their goals, and it gives me a chance to pass on the information that has made running more enjoyable for me.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Pacing marathon training for the Mile High Run Club in NYC was like a dream. To help them on their journey over the course of an entire fall was so much fun, and let me explore so many areas of NYC that I would normally never get to.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

If you wanna run with someone who can turn a frown upside down, 20 miles in, I’m your guy!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

NOTHING NEW ON RACE DAY!!!! STRETCH!!!! <3

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Nothing set in stone yet, but I'm working on running for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
