Why do you pace?

 

To give back to the running community and to force myself to slow down a bit and enjoy the scenery

So many come to mind but each time I finish a race and turn around to see the group that has held it together with me for 26.2 and the looks of joy on their faces to hit their own personal goal

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I keep it steady, you’ll finish 30 seconds under our goal time, every time.

Hop on and run for as long as you want, we’ll have a great time
