Why do you run?

 

To stay in shape and not go crazy.

Describe your best marathon memory.

 

I ran the entire 2015 Philadelphia Marathon with my then-fiance / now-husband, and got a BQ!

Why do you pace?

 

To help others achieve their goal.  Also, it’s a great way to meet people and get a long training run in.

I always have a great time pacing!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I’m fun, I’m consistent and I will get you in under your goal!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Relax, have fun, and enjoy the scenery on our 26.2 mile journey.

Anything else you’d like to share?

My post-marathon meal is always a cheeseburger and a beer (or two or three…).

 

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I do some pro bono legal work for individuals and LGBT organizations.
