Why do you run?

 

Running is a vehicle for inner exploration, a path to a better me and at the very least, a fitter me. I run because it makes me feel alive and connected the world. I run, because that’s who I am, I am a runner!

Each marathon gifts us with unique and memorable moments, each special in their own way. However, you always remember your first!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

I’ll leverage my 10+ years of running experience to help you have a fun, stress-free run and will keep things light-hearted to make our time together out there as fun and smooth as possible!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

 

Relax and focus only on the things that you can control. Remember to enjoy the moment and have fun!
