Why do you run?

Stress relief, general health and clarity of mind

Describe your best marathon memory.

Finishing the race with my kids crossing the finish line with me

Why do you pace?

I find more joy in helping people achieve their goals and obtain what they thought was not possible than running just for myself.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Helping good friends qualify for the Boston Marathon

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I listen to what the group brings. We are stronger together. I hope that by talking about their training and their life that they will draw inspiration from themselves to achieve  their goal.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Take water at every stop, I have been dehydrated too many times at the end of a race to know that  water at mile five makes a big difference at mile twenty-five.

Anything else you’d like to share?

Here for a good time and to hear some great stories.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I spend a majority of my free time coaching kids to love running. Coaching Cross Country is like building a family of runners. It takes up a lot of our time.
