Why do you run?


Many reasons. I run for health and fitness, as a stress relief, for personal goals, and because my friends run and it's fun  but mostly I run because I love to run.   I began running 3 years ago just after I had my second child.  the more I ran the more I came to realize how much I truly love it. 

Describe your best marathon memory.


All of the races I have done over the past 3 years hold special memories and were "the best" in their own way but completing my first marathon after thinking I could never run more than 3 miles was probably the ultimate best as my son would say.

Why do you pace?


I love to help others achieve some of their running goals.  I have been fortunate to have been able to achieve many of my personal goals and it is a great feeling I'd like to help pass along to others.  Pacing is also another aspect of running that I love to experience.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


We will have a great experience.  it will be a lot of fun and I will do my best to help you achieve your goal.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Just go out and run your own race.  Do your best for  that day.  and above all HAVE FUN!



What philanthropic activities do you have?

I am involved in the local food pantry
