Too numerous to mention, but it is always a great thrill to help someone finish their first marathon.


Why should someone run in your pace group?


Running never came easy for me, so I can understand how people feel when they struggle.   I have had to read and learn to accomplish my goals; I like to pass on this information.  Plus I am told I am a great cheerleader.


Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Be ready to sing and tell stories.

The only way to accomplish your goal is to start.  NEVER underestimate yourself.
