Personal goals

My main goal is to stay healthy, age gracefully and continue to use health from running  for the benefit of spending more time with friends, family and enjoy activities due to being in good shape.

A quotation you like…Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -- I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.  Robert Frost

Why do you run?  I initially started running to mitigate the health problems with Covid, due to running Cross country in High School

Describe your best marathon memory.  Meeting new people who are enthusiastic about their personal goals

Why do you pace?  I love to experience overcoming challenges with others and seeing the pride and joy of accomplishing goals.

Tell us your best pacing  experience.  I enjoy getting to know a person’s motivations, goals and interests

Why should someone run in your pace group?  In order to gain consistency, and endurance practically, but more than that, to enjoy the experience of running with others without having to worry about distractions

Any tips for runners about to join your group?  Be realistic about a pace that is going to challenge you, but please do not lose the goal of enjoying the experience.

Anything else you’d like to share?  My sincere hope is to help others to accept the person that they are in process of becoming.  Learn to embrace and enjoy the journey

What philanthropic activities do you have?  Ski Patrol helps to ensure safety and happiness while enjoying year round outside activities.
