My main goal is to stay healthy, age gracefully and continue to use health from running for the benefit of spending more time with friends, family and enjoy activities due to being in good shape. |

Why do you run? I initially started running to mitigate the health problems with Covid, due to running Cross country in High School

Describe your best marathon memory. Meeting new people who are enthusiastic about their personal goals

Why do you pace? I love to experience overcoming challenges with others and seeing the pride and joy of accomplishing goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience. I enjoy getting to know a person’s motivations, goals and interests

Why should someone run in your pace group? In order to gain consistency, and endurance practically, but more than that, to enjoy the experience of running with others without having to worry about distractions

Any tips for runners about to join your group? Be realistic about a pace that is going to challenge you, but please do not lose the goal of enjoying the experience.
