Why do you run?


I’ve run off and on since I was 14 years old. I like the benefits of running, and I like to keep challenging myself.

Finishing my first in 2006.

Why do you pace?


As an ultrarunner, I realize the benefit of having support both emotionally and physically. I would like to help others achieve their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience.


Helping a friend finish an ultra. Also when I was running Western States 100, a complete stranger volunteered to run the last 38 miles with me.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


I am dependable because I know the benefit of having a pacer.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Be prepared to finish.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Raising money for a charity for the Badwater race. Also doing the MS150 bike ride.
