A quotation you like…

Believe in what you know to be true, have faith in what you believe.

Why do you run?

Um….to be social, I think I mentioned that.  =)  Honestly, it keeps me sane, allows me to eat and drink what I want, and provides a great alternative to spend three hours with friends and not just eat!

Describe your best marathon memory.

Finishing Boston with my best friend.  Nuff said.  =)

Why do you pace?

Because I believe that running is a lot easier when done with others!   I have tried to run without conversing to obtain a better time, it didn't work! It was my least favorite 'thon, and my pace wasn't all that great. For me, and many others, running is a social event,…weird but true!

Why should someone run in your pace group?

To have fun and accomplish your goal!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Whether it's your BQ or just to finish, we are all doing the same thing so let's enjoy it!   Put one foot in front of the other, breathe, and have fun!  AND, if you smile, you burn more calories AND the pain goes away…..promise!  I read it on face book, it must be true!

Anything else you’d like to share?

I admire every person out here-  we all have great stories- let's share!!!
