A quotation you like… |
“If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.” “Don’t think, just do.”
Why do you run?
It changed my life when I began running, and now I let it challenge me in new ways all of the time. It’s my therapy. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
My best memory is the first time I broke 4 hours in the marathon. It was a HUGE PR and it felt like a whole lot of hard work had paid off. |
Why do you pace?
I love helping people achieve their goals and dreams. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I was pacing the 2 hour group at a half marathon last year, and we had a great group throughout the whole time. We took a great selfie together at mile 10, and most of the runners were strong enough to pick up speed at the end and finish under 2 hours. It made my day and there’s as well! |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
So that they can stay consistent and not allow themselves to go out too fast. I’ll help motivate everyone when the times start to get hard. I won’t let anyone give up. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Have fun!! Remember why you are doing this, and think about how great you will feel when you are finished. |
What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I love volunteering with pet rescue organizations.
