Personal goals

To enjoy life to the fullest and to keep

learning new skills.

A quotation you like…

Tis better to remain silent and be though

a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Why do you run?

It brings me joy.

Describe your best marathon memory.

NYC Marathon - What a rush!

50,000 people running through one of the

world's greatest cities.

Why do you pace?

I enjoy helping others achieve their race goals.

For some, a race is a major life milestone and I’m

thrilled to be a part of that.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Toronto Waterfront Half - a lady who was new to

running didn’t think she would finish. I encouraged

here the entire way. With half a mile to go I gave her

my pacing sign and told her to lead us all home.

She was thrilled and kept the sign as a souvenir.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

They will have fun!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Have fun. Believe in yourself. Chase the negative

thoughts away. Don’t give up. Hydrate.

What philanthropic activities

do you have?

I am a volunteer coach for various sports.
