Why do you pace?
|
I enjoy helping others achieve their race goals. For some, a race is a major life milestone and I’m thrilled to be a part of that.

Tell us your best pacing experience. |
Toronto Waterfront Half - a lady who was new to running didn’t think she would finish. I encouraged here the entire way. With half a mile to go I gave her my pacing sign and told her to lead us all home. She was thrilled and kept the sign as a souvenir.

Have fun. Believe in yourself. Chase the negative thoughts away. Don’t give up. Hydrate. |
