 I run because I absolutely LOVE it!!!

 When I paced a friend in the pouring rain to a P.R. when he doubted himself



Why should someone run in your pace group?


 If they have put in the training and know my group is

a reasonable expectation and they want to enjoy the race then they should run with me



Any tips for runners about to join your group?


 Be realistic about your goals. 

Don’t shake the group too soon


Anything else you’d like to share?


 I follow a plant-based diet

 Plant-based nutrition is the way to go!

What philanthropic activities do you have?

 I am currently organizing a 10k run and 5k run/walk to benefit a no-kill animal shelter


 I collect and re-purpose clothing to needy families
