Getting a 3:38:38 in Virginia Beach in 2009 it ws a NYC marathon qualifying time and my dream time, so it was fun to do.

Why do you pace?

When I started to run pacers were critical to getting me to the end, so it is nice to now be able to help others.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

They are all good.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

If you want time I am holding in my hand I will get you to the end right on it.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Have fun and stick with me early and if you have it at the end go fast then.
