Why do you run?

I find it to be a good way to decompress and reflect on the days challenges, while getting in an enjoyable method of exercise.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Running through Magic Kingdom at the Disney World marathon, while it is still dark and the whole park is lit up. Also the number of fans cheering you on at that early hour of the morning is really cool.

Why do you pace?

I’m excited to see what sense of community can be developed during the few hours that the race takes place over.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I’m excited to help others and myself achieve something that so much effort has gone into to accomplish.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

In work and in life I get the most enjoyment helping others do their best.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Remember the race is just like training. One step at a time and one mile at a time.

Anything else you’d like to share?

It’s race day and time to have fun after putting in all that hard work.
