Why do you run?

To maintain a healthy lifestyle, socialize with fellow runners and enjoy the competitive nature of a race.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Crossing the finish line in the 2010 Bayshore Marathon with a sub-3 hr marathon...such a thrill.

Why do you pace?

I enjoy encouraging other runners to do their best.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

I trained two first-time marathoner women to run Bayshore and when they completed the race, we hugged and shared a few tears,,.a very emotional experience that I’ll never forget.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I have a good sense of humor and enjoy fun conversation and pushing a team to achieve their goal.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
