Why do you run? I love the satisfaction of setting and achieving goals, or accomplishing things you never though possible, of the way your body feels after, exertion and the clarity of mind it provides.


Describe your best marathon memory.

Running the streets of New York with a smile on my face, not worrying about my time, and finishing within 30 seconds of my PR.


Why do you pace? It is very fulfilling to help others reach their goals.


Tell us your best pacing experience. Generally, just meeting so many amazing people and feeling like I matter to them


Why should someone run in your pace group? I will encourage them every step to the way!


Any tips for runners about to join your group? Be prepared to have a cheerleader!


Anything else you’d like to share? Never give up on yourself.


What philanthropic activities do you have? I am a volunteer assistant cross country coach at a local high school and volunteer with teens at church.
