Who do you train with?

I am very lucky to have a group of women I run with MRTT (Moms Run This Town) who do so many of my 5 am runs with and have they have become some of my closest friends

I am after a sub 3:30 marathon and I’m going to try an ultra this fall

Why do you run?


I run for my own health, to be a good example for my kids and because I love to compete. Did I mention I like cupcakes?

Describe your best marathon memory.


My first marathon where I saw my kids on the course! I got the best hugs and high fives ever! My second best was the first time I qualified for Boston

Why do you pace?


I am pacing because I love helping others to reach their goals and it is through this that I can extend my support and experience to others

Tell us your best pacing experience.


I just recently paced a friend to her first sub 4 hour marathon. It gave me the same runners high as if I had a PR myself

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Someone should run in my pace group if they are looking for some camaraderie, fun and support throughout the marathon 

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


I would tell a runner about to join a group with me is be prepared to have fun but also work hard

Anything else you’d like to share?



What philanthropic activities do you have?

I like to volunteer for a local racing company to give back to the running community as well as volunteer at my children’s elementary school for their running club.
