Why do you pace?


It’s my way of giving back to a sport I love. Being a part of someone’s accomplishment is amazing.

Pacing and finishing with a guy running his 1st marathon after losing 75+lbs


Why should someone run in your pace group?


I enjoy helping people achieve their goal. We will have fun and the miles will fly by!!


Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Run how you trained….stick to the game plan. Relax and enjoy the ride.

What philanthropic activities do you have?


Support and participate in the Crim 10-mile road race, Flint MI. It’s great to see people of all levels of fitness experience something so incredible.
