Tell us your best pacing experience.
EQT 10 Miler which was my first pacing experience. I was more nervous than if I was racing. If I missed my pace in a race no one would care. If I missed my pace as a pacer I had a whole pack of people that cared. Pulled everyone through with PR’s to go around. Lots of fun. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
So they don’t have to worry about their speed and can worry about other things like their shoe lace that just came untied. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Like Bobby McFerrin says in his famous song, Don't Worry Be Happy. We can sing it if you’d like. |
