Why do you run?
|
To stay healthy, relieve stress, get some alone time/friend time, to have an excuse to be outside. |

Describe your best marathon memory.
|
The last marathon I ran. Even though the weather was not too great, I finally had trained and ran my own race. I finally got under 4 hours and never hit the wall. Plus, it was my 10th anniversary with my husband and we had the weekend to ourselvesJ. |

Why do you pace?
|
I LOVE helping people reach their goals. It’s kind of selfish, but I like to go through the experience with them and feel their joy. . |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
|
I’m very encouraging and enthusiastic. I genuinely want people to do their best. I am very social and love to learn about my runners and to get them to the finish line with as much fun as possible. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Take the chance to smile and enjoy yourself. You’ve worked hard, now it’s your time to reap the rewards of your hard work!! |
