Running a surprise 10 minute PR to finish my first sub 3:30 – some runs just feel effortless, rare, but one of the best feelings in the world! |

Why do you pace?

A friend paced me to my first BQ time when I didn’t think I could do it alone. I would like to return the favor and help people achieve something they didn’t think they could do or have been unable to do on their own. |
