Why do you run?


I run because I love the feeling of it all. I run because I love it and the people I meet. I run because it’s cheaper than therapy. I run because it keeps the weight off!

Describe your best marathon memory.


My best marathon memory is traveling with friends and having the delicious beer at the end of the race. 

Why do you pace?


I like being part of the race in a different way to experience all elements of a race. I also love meeting people and hearing all their stories why they run everyone has their own experience.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


They should run in my pace group because of my cool factor!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Tip “ Don’t tie your shoes together before you run”.

Tip “ Enjoy every run you do even the ones that suck; there is always something to be thankful for” 

Anything else you’d like to share?


I love life and try to live each day to its fullest. My kids are the greatest treasure I have in my life.

What philanthropic activities do you have?


I have been a Veterans Affairs employee for going on 5 years now and love that I can help my fellow vets. It gives my that feeling of completion when I hear the words "thank you, you have really helped me today".
