Running Nashville with the support and company of my family. |
Why do you pace?
I love to connect with other runners and experience them reaching their goals. Everybody has a story, you just have to listen sometimes.
Tell us your best pacing experience.
Tough one: probably pacing the old Las Vegas course with a strong head wind and a group that just wouldn’t give up. I will never forget or get all the sand out of my teeth! |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I am quiet at first but once I get warmed up I have some great stories to share. Plus, I am a nice guy. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Remember running is supposed to be fun, be ready to go through a roller coaster of emotions but once we cross that finish line, nothing can compare to that feeling. |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
I can’t normally go one to two days without having a cookie.
